Service Description
Our first visit is an opportunity for me to learn about you and the life around you. We will discuss your current state of health, your intentions, and what Ayurveda can offer you. This session can take up to 2 hours. Once I have thoroughly assessed your state of health and current imbalances, for the visits going forward, I will educate you on your unique constitution and provide specific recommendations and guidelines that we will develop over the course of a specified timeframe. This could include diet modifications, detoxification, bodywork, new lifestyle practices, support from herbal remedies, and various other practices that all work towards your goal of finding balance and vibrant health.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please respectfully do so with 48 hours’ notice to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. Thank you kindly!
